Return & Refunds Policy
At Sear Beautique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- General Policy: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original condition and packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns
-Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and labels.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item does not meet these conditions.
- Customers have up to 6 hours after placing their order to request a cancellation without any fees. Cancellation requests made after 6 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
If the product has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee will still apply upon cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For Non-EU Residents: Please note that for returns from outside the EU, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@searbeautique.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, and details of the return request.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
5. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you require a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@searbeautique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos and videos of the damage or defect for quicker resolution.
- We may require that the item be returned to us for further analysis.
- If confirmed that the item was defective or damaged prior to shipment, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
8. Processing Time
- Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or resolution.
- A “business day” is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
9. Shipping Issues
This policy applies exclusively to third-party carriers. Sear Beautique ensures that all shipped orders are automatically insured for their full value. This insurance is included in the shipping cost, so customers do not need to take additional steps at checkout.
In the event that an order is lost or stolen by a third-party shipping carrier, a refund will be processed for the full value of the purchase, provided all the following conditions are met:
- The customer did not incorrectly enter the shipping address at the time of purchase.
- The shipping address provided is in a secure area, and delivery instructions have not been altered post-purchase.
- A claim for the full value of the purchase has been accepted by the third-party shipping carrier.
- The full value of the purchase has been reimbursed to Sear Beautique by the third-party carrier.
The timeframe for receiving a complete refund is subject to the claims resolution process of the specific shipping carrier.
10. Alteration by Third Parties
- We recommend using licensed professionals for any alterations to our products. Sear Beautique is not liable for products altered by third parties, including hairstylists. Refunds or exchanges for altered products are not permitted.
11. Items Deemed Not as Described
At Sear Beautique, we strive to ensure every customer is confident in their purchase. Each product is carefully documented with high-quality images, videos, and detailed descriptions to provide an accurate representation of what you’ll receive.
If you believe the item you received significantly differs from its description, you may submit a claim following these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos or videos showing the discrepancies along with an explanation of your concerns.
- Our team will review your claim thoroughly and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if applicable.
Protecting Brand Integrity
To maintain trust and fairness, Sear Beautique enforces strict measures against fraudulent claims. Any attempt to misuse this policy will result in account suspension or restriction of future purchases.

12. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
